Steve Fylypchuk brings 25 plus years of domestic and international business experience in various fields including information technology, retailing, hospitality, real estate investment, and sales to Murphy Business & Financial Corporation. His experience ranges from owning his own retail store to leading an ERP implementation team. Steve has also been investing in real estate since 1988 and has developed a keen understanding of the real estate market. Steve earned his Certified Business Intermediary (“CBI”) designation from the International Business Brokers Association in 2014. He has since been awarded the IBBA’s Outstanding Producer Award Eight years in a row and the Canadian Consumer Choice Award for Best Business Broker in Southern Alberta for the last three years. Steve received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Alberta with a concentration in Finance in 1993. He is from Calgary, Alberta where he lives with his wife of 28 years.
